If a customer is unable to enroll in TransferNow, please check the following.
Portfolio in Navigator:
Home Phone
- Must be on name line 1
- Must be 10 digits
Date of Birth
- Must be on the same name line as the person enrolling
- Must be after 1/1/1901
- Must reflect an age for someone over 18 years old
User Record in Access Manager:
Tax ID
- Must match the Tax ID on the portfolio
- Must be exactly 9 digits
- Must not be in Collections with CheckFree (for bill pay through another bank or company) o Partner Assist Line at 866-820-9920 can check this information
Name
- Must be at least 2 words
- Maximum of 4 words
- Between 1 and 25 alphanumeric characters in length (including spaces)
- No numbers
- No special characters
Address
- U.S. address
- Street address must be between 1 and 30 alphanumeric characters in length (including spaces)
- City must be between 1 and 25 alphanumeric characters in length (including spaces)
- State must be valid two letter postal abbreviation
- Valid zip code
- No special characters
Email Address
- Valid email address
- Maximum of 100 characters
