Portfolio in Navigator:  

  

Home Phone

  • Must be on name line 1  
  • Must be 10 digits  

  

Date of Birth

  • Must be on the same name line as the person enrolling   
  • Must be after 1/1/1901  
  • Must reflect an age for someone over 18 years old   


User Record in Access Manager:  

  

Tax ID

  • Must match the Tax ID on the portfolio  
  • Must be exactly 9 digits  
  • Must not be in Collections with CheckFree (for bill pay through another bank or company) o Partner Assist Line at 866-820-9920 can check this information  

  

Name

  • Must be at least 2 words  
  • Maximum of 4 words  
  • Between 1 and 25 alphanumeric characters in length (including spaces)  
  • No numbers   
  • No special characters  

  

Address

  • U.S. address  
  • Street address must be between 1 and 30 alphanumeric characters in length (including spaces)  
  • City must be between 1 and 25 alphanumeric characters in length (including spaces)  
  • State must be valid two letter postal abbreviation  
  • Valid zip code  
  • No special characters  

  

Email Address  

  • Valid email address  
  • Maximum of 100 characters
